Bastion protective barrier is a modern gabion basket made by steel welded mesh and lined with heavy duty non-woven geotextile. It is usually used for flood control as temporary or semi-permanet Dike. And widely used for security protection in military fortification. The welded mesh plays an important role as the core component of military defensive security gabion barrier.
The surface treatment method of galvanized mesh be divided into two ways, one is galvanized before welding, another is galvanized after welding. As we know that the zinc coating will be very high if the surface treatment method is galvanized after welding. So when galvanized bastion barrier is used to prevent flood and erosion on beaches or marshes, galvanized after welding is a good choice.
The advantage of bastion blast wall is its ability of being packed on pallets compactly to save more transportation cost. When the defence barrier arrives at the project site, it could be deployed rapidly with minimal manpower. Its effeciency is ten times compared with sand bags.
As a security military barrier fortification system, defensive barrier can provide the ultimate in engineered force protection to creat a vast formidable bastion wall. No matter on dry environment or volatile environment, it is always getting easy to deploy a blast barrier with less workforce timely.
Applications of Military Bastion Wall:
● Personnel bunkers | ● Guard post |
● Police force points and Check points | ● Military Defensive barriers |
● Perimeter security barrier or border barrier | ● Temporary fort and command post |
● Observation points and border checkpoints | ● Shellproof defence barrier |
● Alert or cautionary outpost | ● Flood prevention barrier |
● Military barrier fortification system | ● Permanent or Semi-permanent Dike |
